How to add Neatly´s DNS record to your domain
Once Neatly Web Hosting has been contracted, you must link your domain to Neatly’s servers.
In the event that you have also contracted your domain with Neatly, it does not require you to do any additional steps.
On the contrary, if you have contracted your domain with an external provider, you will have to follow these steps (the steps may vary slightly depending on your provider)
Follow the next steps
- Access the customer panel of your domain provider.
- Within the menu, click on the “Domain and SSL” option.
- In your domain, go to the configuration and select “DNS name server”.
- Tap on “Use my own DNS settings”.
- Insert the Neatly DNS servers, in the case of EU-SOUTH-1:
- DNS server 1: ns1.eu-south-1.neatlycloud.es
- DNS server 2: ns2.eu-south-1.neatlycloud.es
- Once the configuration is saved, you will have to wait until the DNS propagation takes effect. This may take up to 48 hours, although in most cases it is resolved in 4-6 hours.
